Colissimo

Normal delivery is via Colissimo standard delivery.  Parcels are usually dispatched within 48h of reciept of payment.

If you would like "signed for delivery", please contact us and we will advise you of the additional cost. Whichever delivery option you choose, we will send you your tracking number as soon as possible via email. Delivery costs cover postage and packaging and varies according to the weight of the parcel. We cannot group two or more orders in one and encourage you to ensure that you order all your items in one go with the exception of our coffee delivery service.

Risk and title is your responsibility; however, your goods are carefully wrapped to ensure that they get to you in perfect condition.

Free home delivery for tea (loose leaf) and coffee in Pays de Gex !

We roast every week and deliver to your door.

Simply order by Monday midnight for delivery direct to you letterbox during the same week. Delivery is free for orders over 9€ (or 2.40€ for orders less than 9€).  Please ensure that your letter box is of standard size and that it is accessible.  If your letterbox is inside a building, please ensure that we can access by letting us know the access code or by giving us an alternate address.

We deliver in paquets of 250g (coffee) / 50g (tea) in special pouches the fit through a standard letterbox, so for example for 500g ordered, you will receive 2 x 250g packets.

Pays de Gex office delivery service*

Order anything from our web site and get delivery to your place of work in the Pays de Gex.  Simply order my Monday midnight for delivery to place of work the same week.  Delivery is free for orders over 9€ (or 2.40€ for orders less than 9€).  Please ensure that your parcel can be signed for.

All orders made before to midnight on monday will be delivered during that week.  Orders placed after midnight on Monday will be delivered the following week.

Saturday morning at Ferney-Voltaire 09.00 - 13.00

Sunday morning at Divonne-les-Bains 07.00 - 13.00
