Smooth and flavoury. A very light tea which is grown in the highlands of Taiwan where the tea dries in the sun immediately after the harvest, therefore only 50% of the leaf is fermented and the inner part of the leaf remains green. This semi-oxidised tea develops a mild and flowery taste.
